Mike has always been out in front—working from the ground up to build cases against large corporations whose negligence can wreak havoc in our personal and professional lives. He joined Sadaka Associates with over a decade of Class and Mass Tort experience. He heads up the firm’s Baltimore office and is admitted to practice law in Maryland, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania, as well as several Federal District Courts across the country.
He grew up in Prince George’s County, Maryland and went to Saint Anselm’s Abbey School in the District of Columbia. In college, he was not only an NCAA swimmer, but he was also Pre-Med, and spent most summers shadowing physicians at several DC-area hospitals. He earned a degree in Biology before getting his MBA from Wheeling Jesuit University and then earned his law degree from Rutgers University. He has been working for Plaintiffs ever since.
Indeed, whether he is at trial or working to get there, Mike’s life and career revolve around using the legal system to help people who need it. Mike has handled severe personal injury cases that require medical and scientific expertise, consumer class actions steeped in financial and legal hurdles, as well as products liability mass-torts where faulty design or corporate neglect is at issue.
He first met Mark Sadaka early on his career when the two of them were working on several different committees in the Kugel Mesh Mass Tort. In that litigation, and after working on several trial teams, Mike was ultimately appointed to the plaintiffs’ settlement committee that oversaw the distribution of over 200 million dollars to injured plaintiffs.
Mr. Bowman has appeared in numerous state and federal jurisdictions throughout the country.

Mike has always been out in front—working from the ground up to build cases against large corporations whose negligence can wreak havoc in our personal and professional lives. And his impact may not be any more pronounced than when he was working on the In Re Pelvic Mesh litigations.
He took many of the first depositions of physicians and experts in those litigations, and then led the way by working up and producing the most called upon plaintiffs’ engineering experts. Hundreds of millions of dollars have since been awarded to mesh-plaintiffs in those cases, and much of Mike’s work is still being used to force settlements across the country.
